• Payment Information: Processed securely by Stripe. We do not store full credit card numbers or bank account details on our servers.

Your HOA retains full ownership of all data uploaded to LotWize. We act as a data processor, storing and processing your data strictly on your behalf. You may export your data at any time through the Service or by contacting support.

• Service Providers: Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery), Upstash (job queues), and Neon (database hosting). These providers are bound by confidentiality agreements and only process data as necessary to perform their services.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or court order.

5. AI and Machine Learning

LotWize uses AI to analyze documents, generate suggestions, and automate workflows. AI processing is performed by Anthropic and OpenAI under strict data processing agreements. Your data is not used to train external AI models.

• Role-based access controls

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, we retain your data for 30 days to allow for reactivation, after which it is securely deleted. You may request immediate deletion at any time.
